MicroTest Training
MicroTest uses the services of Marian Doub of Friedman Associates, a certified MicroTest trainer, to provide on-site, custom training to programs that wish to become MicroTest members.
New MicroTest members, or current members looking to refresh their understanding of the MicroTest data collection efforts, will receive a 1½ day on-site training that includes:

- 2 hours of pre- and post-training phone consultations;
- Ongoing "healthy systems" follow-up calls (about twice a year, in coordination with upcoming MicroTest reporting deadlines); and
- The first year of MicroTest membership.
The fee for the individual organizational training is $2,500, plus travel and accommodations for Ms. Doub.
MicroTest also offers group training to a minimum of four participating organizations. The group training, hosted by MicroTest's certified trainer, Marian Doub, will take place in San Francisco, and include:
- Two days of training covering a hands-on, learn-by doing introduction and practicum in the MicroTest Performance and Outcomes systems and requirements;
- Up to five one-hour phone consultations for each member: one pre-training, two post-training follow-up, and two healthy systems/troubleshooting check-ins to prepare for MicroTest reporting for up to two years;
- Breakfast and lunch provided; and
- The first year of MicroTest membership.
The fee for the group training is $1,500 per organization, plus travel and accommodations for Ms. Doub (prices may vary if an alternative location is being used).

MicroTest Webcasts
Annually, MicroTest offers a series of Webcasts designed to make participating in MicroTest easier. Webcast sessions related to MicroTest Program Performance provide a detailed look at each worksheet in the Excel workbook, helpful hints for completion, and a question and answer period. Each Webcast lasts approximately 1 hour. These sessions are a great way to introduce new staff to MicroTest and also provide a valuable refresher to experienced members.
Six weekly sessions are delivered live, but also are recorded and archived on-line for future reference by members. These Webcasts are currently only available to MicroTest members. For more information about becoming a member, contact Tamra Thetford at microtest@aspeninst.org.
