How Our Members Use MicroTest

MicroTest has trained over 185 microenterprise organizations since it first began in 1998.  Each year, MicroTest member organizations have the choice of participating in the Program Performance data collection effort, the Client Outcomes Data Survey, or both.

ACCION USA includes MicroTest Clients Outcomes data in its successful media campaign, “Microfinance isn’t charity, it’s a chance.” They also incorporate outcomes survey data in their annual report.

MercyCorps Northwest cites MicroTest Client Outcomes data to describe its clients’ business successes on its “Who We Serve” Web page.

Opportunity Fund includes MicroTest Client Outcomes data in its “Social Impact” Web page about small business loans.  Results from their Client Outcomes surveys are also included in the one-page Social Impact Highlights report on the Small Business Loan Program.

Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center includes MicroTest Client Outcomes data in its “About Us” Web page.

The Plan Fund describes what it gained by joining MicroTest and shares comparative data with stakeholders drawn from MicroTest Program Performance data.

Washington CASH draws on MicroTest Client Outcomes and Program Performance data in it annual report and in its “About Us” Web page. 

Women’s Initiative includes MicroTest program performance data in a press kit

Women Entrepreneurs of Baltimore, Inc., includes MicroTest Client Outcomes data in its “Impact” Web page. 

Women's Opportunities Resource Center contracted MicroTest to produce a key findings report to bolster state support for microenterprise, drawing on data from the Client Outcomes surveys conducted by WORC through MicroTest in 2008.
